The competition is run by CareLoop Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 35 684 267 338), “CareLoop” located at Level 17/31 Queen Street, Melbourne, 3000.

CareLoop Pty Ltd is a fully owned subsidiary of Bare Funeral Group Pty Ltd.

Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals who sign up to the CareLoop database during the competition period via the competition online entry form. Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.  

How to Enter

a) To enter, participants must sign up to the CareLoop database via the competition online entry form during the competition period at the Australian Healthcare Week conference.

b) Participants can gain an additional entry by playing the cornhole game at the CareLoop booth and successfully getting the beanbag in the hole three times within three throws..

Prize

The prize is a Capella Sydney 5-star spa, dine, and stay package valued at $1,980.00 AUD. This prize consists of.

  • Two (2) x 90 minute Connect to Country spa treatments, valued at $350.00 AUD each.
  • A one (1) night stay on a weekday or off peak weekend in a room up to the value of  $1,000.00 AUD inclusive of breakfast at Brasserie 1930
  • A Brasserie Feast dinner for two (2) at Brasserie 1930, valued at $280.00 AUD. 

If the winner does not reside in New South Wales, a similar prize of equivalent value will be provided in the winner's home city, or the winner may choose to travel to New South Wales at their own expense. Flights and any other travel or incidental expenses are not included. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Once notified, the winner has 12-months to redeem the prize. 

Competition Period

The competition will run from 7:00 AM on 20 March 2025 to 23 March 2025. Entries must be submitted within this period to be eligible for the prize. Any entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly via commentpicker.com on 1st April 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT. The winner will be notified by phone or email by 5pm Melbourne time 1st April 2025. The winner's first name will also be published on the CareLoop website.

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize

The winner will be contacted by CareLoop via phone or email. The winner has 7 days from the date of notification to notify of intent to claim the prize. The prize must be used within 12 months of notification. If the winner does not claim the prize within this period, CareLoop reserves the right to choose an alternate winner.

General Terms

a) The competition is free to enter. There is no purchase necessary.

b) By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

c) CareLoop reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without notice.

d) The prize cannot be substituted for any other item or cash equivalent.

e) CareLoop is not responsible for any technical failures or delays in entry submission.

f) In the event of a dispute, CareLoop's decision is final.

Privacy and Data Usage

a) By entering the competition, participants agree to provide their personal details to CareLoop and consent to being contacted by CareLoop for marketing and promotional purposes.

b) Participants can unsubscribe or opt out of further communications from CareLoop at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the communication or by contacting CareLoop directly.

c) Personal details will only be used for the purpose of managing the competition, notifying the winner, and marketing and communication related to CareLoop. The data will not be shared or sold to third parties.
